In order for us to help you solve your problem, you need to assist us by providing a
detailed information about your system, so that it can better assist us in diagnosing that
cause of the problem We need to know the name of your system (if there is any), the CPU
speed, the amount of RAM memory, any other hardware interfaces added to the system, any
software that runs or loads prior to the starting of Windows or right after running
Windows (e.g., networking, LAN, utility program, virus program, etc.).
