Windows® 95 & Windows® 98

Q1: What should I do if I get a "Memory is low!" message within the program or if the program is running slowly?
A1: Those might be signs that your system is low in memory. To solve the problem, try the following:
  • Close any applications that you are not working with.
  • Free up some disk space. Some applications use free disk space to temporarily store information that does not fit into memory. When the free disk space is low, the system may run out of available resources.
  • Quit and restart the program.

Q2: The software loaded, but there is no sound.
A2: Please check that your speakers are turned on and the volume is turned up. If they are, then either there is a conflict with your sound card or the sound card driver. To test this, go to Control Panel, double-click on the Sound icon, and try playing a sound in there. If sound does not play, reinstall your sound card driver. If sound still does not play, then there may be a problem with your sound card.

Q3: The program loaded, but the screen is blurry.
A3: Change your color settings to 256 colors. If you are using 256 colors and this occurs, change it to High Color (16-bit).

Q4: I receive a projector error when I load the program.
A4: Change your color settings to 256 colors. If you are using 256 colors and this occurs, change it to High Color (16-bit).

Q5: When I install or run the program, I receive an error message that says ISSET_SE has performed a General Protection Fault. I receive a projector error when I load the program.
A5: If you have Norton Antivirus, disable it and reinstall our program. Change your color settings to 256 colors. If you are using 256 colors and this occurs, change it to High Color (16-bit).
