Math Advantage

I installed your Math Advantage on my system. When I attempt to run the
program, a message window appears with the message:
"Script Error: Handler not defined #FileIO". |

Please check one of two things:
For Macintosh users:

Make sure that the CD-ROM disc remains in the CD-ROM drive. |
| 2. |
Make sure that you have double clicked on the START icon located on your Hard Drive.
(At the beginning, the program will ask you to drag the "Drag Me into HD" icon
to your Hard Drive, after you have done so, then go to your Hard Drive and double click on
the "Drag Me into HD" icon. At this point, you will see the START icon, then
double click on the START icon located on the Hard Drive to begin the program.) |
For PC users:

The program ONLY works for Windows 3.1, Windows 95, and Windows 98. It will not work
for Windows NT. If you tried to run the program using Windows NT, an error message will
appear. |

Try reinstalling the program and rebooting your computer. |
