The introduction screens repeat
over and over and I cannot get to any other part of the
program.

Close the program(s) and turn off AutoPlay: Go to the Control
Panel and double-click on System. Select Device Manager
and double-click on CD-ROM. Double-click on the driver that appears below
it. Select Settings and uncheck the box that says Auto insert
notification.
